Casa Esperanza SJDS is in the La Talanguera neighborhood of San Juan del Sur, which is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk along the beachto the action in town. The lower level has a large patio with lots of seating and a BBQ. Just down the stairs from the patio is the plunge pool (shared with 4 other condos.) The upstairs balcony has a great view of the surrounding landscape, including a premium view of the Cristo de la Misercordia statue. This balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and has a small seating area as well.
Casa Esperanza SJDS is our personal vacation home, and as such you will find a well-stocked unit, not a bare bones rental. When you visit, we want our Casa to be your Casa in San Juan del Sur! ~ Ken and Aiesha
